ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

We know that our health is not only about going to the doctor but also about where we live, the opportunities we have, and the air we breathe. Voices for Change will provide an opportunity to forge stronger partnerships between traditional health care and primary prevention. The conference will give you a chance to increase your advocacy skills, forge new relationships, and connect the dots to create a more comprehensive approach to achieving health equity.

The conference will have two tracks; one highlighting practices that bridge prevention and care, and another focused on increasing participants’ advocacy skills.
