ABOUT THE CONVENING

In response to special requests, we will be hosting our tax policy convening, Show Me the Money, in San Jose and San Bernardino in the new year. We have also rescheduled our postponed Fresno event, bringing you three new opportunities to talk about California' s tax policy and how to get involved in advocating for solutions.

Come hear from Kim Klein, CPEHN staff, and local community representatives how our criminal justice system, schools, and other social services are impacted by our broken tax system.

Sign up now to hear:

  • A presentation on understanding our state’s tax system
  • Panel discussions on the local impact of California ’s tax system
  • Updates on statewide reform movements including the constitutional convention and 2010 ballot initiatives
  • How you can strategize, mobilize, and advocate for progressive solutions

Please note: The Fresno event will be conducted by Ruben Cantu and Marty Martinez.
